Marketing Assistant

Our Marketing Assistants support the Clever Punch team by executing various marketing tasks for clients, including copywriting, social media scheduling, graphic design, and Squarespace website updates. They are collaborative, meet deadlines, ensure brand consistency, and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Experience using Asana, Canva, Squarespace, and MailChimp is also ideal

Responsibilities

  • Clever Punch's Marketing Assistants support our team of Account Managers by creating content for our clients. Each client's scope of work includes an array of weekly and monthly tasks related to their overarching goals—your job is to complete tasks as assigned by a client’s Account Managers. Projects include copywriting, graphic design, email campaigns, social media management, website design and updates, arranging photoshoots, analytics, and more.

  • Marketing Assistants have a sharp eye for strong design and good aesthetics. That doesn’t mean you have to be an advanced designer — but at a bare minimum, you have to know when something looks good.

  • We take on projects with integrity and professionalism and help meet deadlines to the best of our ability. The role communicates with our internal team directly to ensure tasks are completed in a cohesive, timely manner.
